This additive can effectively improve the degassing and smoothness of various powder coatings, reduce the melt viscosity of the system, improve the wettability of porous substrates and the dispersibility of pigments, resulting in a smoother surface. Can replace some benzoin.

Recommended dosage

0.5-2%additive dosage based on the total formula,due to different formulations and technological conditions,it is recommended to test before use determine the best amount of addition.

Adding method and processing guidance

It is recommended to add this product during the premixing of the base material and then squeeze it out completely. It can also be added to the sheet material, mixed well, ground and sieved together, or added to the finished powder, mixed well and sieved.
